De Volan – hotel in the center of Odessa

“De Volan” is a new elegant boutique hotel in the historical part of Odessa. We built it in this place and dedicated it to one of the great resident of Odessa – Franz Saint-de-Volan.

Franz de Volan is the first architect of Odessa.

De Volan has developed a plan of the historical center of our city. Here we built a hotel and named it after him. Hotel “De Volan” is a tribute to the great maestro of architectural and engineering science.

The hotel is located on the crossroads of business, cultural, shopping and entertainment life of Southern Palmyra.

It is easy to get to anywhere in the city from our hotel. Legendary Privoz, railway station, Musical Comedy Theater, Odessa cable car, the catacombs, and the sea are located near.

If you come on vacation, on a business trip or accepting business partners – our hospitable boutique hotel will satisfy the most stringent requirements, and the staff will anticipate your wishes. And you will return definitely to “De Volan” again and again.

There are only 13 rooms in our boutique hotel.

Every room is the highest level of comfort for our Guests. As Franz De Volan carried the best materials for the construction of Odessa as we chose comfortable and functional furniture, interior items, textiles and mini perfumes for each room.

Comfortable beds will provide a strong, healthy sleep and vigorous, joyful awakening.
